Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By scheduling a service, submitting a quote request, using the chat assistant, or otherwise interacting with this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. About us
Win Air Cleaning LLC(“Win Air,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida company based at 20815 NE 16th Ave Suite B24, Miami, FL 33179. We provide air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and related residential indoor-air services across Miami-Dade and south Broward counties.
3. Booking, scheduling & cancellations
All bookings are confirmed in writing (text or email) before service. You may reschedule or cancel without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a trip fee equal to our standard minimum service charge.
4. Pricing
Quotes are provided after a brief intake (phone or text) based on home size, vent count, and equipment type. The quoted price is the price you pay unless additional work is requested by you in writing during the visit. We do not perform unauthorized work or upsells.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfer, and cash. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Florida law, whichever is less.
6. Service warranty
Workmanship is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. Equipment we did not install or that is older than its rated service life is not covered. Notify us within 30 days of any concern and we will inspect at no charge.
7. Access to property
You represent that you are authorized to grant access to the property where service will be performed. For HOA-managed buildings, you are responsible for any building-side approvals (COI, work window, freight elevator, etc.); we will assist with documentation.
8. Limitation of liability
Win Air’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden structural defects, or damage caused by equipment failure not reasonably discoverable during a routine cleaning. We do not warrant outcomes outside our control (e.g., allergy symptoms, energy bills, equipment lifespan).
9. Communications & SMS
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages (booking confirmations, technician arrival, follow-up) from Win Air. Message frequency varies by inquiry and typically does not exceed five (5) messages per interaction. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (954) 658-4953. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
10. Use of the chat assistant
The chat assistant on this website is an AI tool. It is intended to help you find information and connect with our team. It is not legally binding, may make mistakes, and is not a substitute for a licensed professional. For anything urgent please call (954) 658-4953.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, photographs) is the property of Win Air or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
